The training activities carried out have consisted of the study of the complex legislations on cannabis both at international level and national level, as detailed below:

· Study of the legislation on cannabis (medicinal cannabis and industrial cannabis) in USA, Canada, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, Israel and Italy and preparation of comparative law report

· Study of the different ordinances and the different special plans that regulate the social cannabis club in the municipalities of Barcelona, Tarragona, LLeida and Girona Provinces and preparation of the file of documents to be published as a compilation

· Assistance to the formation of social cannabis clubs, including the preparation of documentation and registration of the same with the Registry of Associations and Foundations of Catalunya

· Preparation of legal memorandums for clients in different legal areas:
        - International cash pooling;
        - Agency and Distribution agreements in Spain.

· Preparation of wills in English and in Spanish
· Draft and translation of legal and corporate documents
· Legal research in Spanish and International laws
· Communication and planning with clients, business partners and authorities
