Whilst still carrying a personal quota, I also focused on working with SMBs and SMEs across all verticals and as of April 2022 I was promoted to Sales Manager where I managed a team of 3 Account Executives and 1 SDR.

Key Achievments 
160% of Quota over H1 2022
My 1st and only full month of managing resulted in all 3 Account Executive's hitting quota with 2 of them having hit quota for the first time and were both onboarded by me (120%,112%, 101%) and the SDR having his best month (263% of quota).

left with over 60k in pipeline for the month and having helped the team generate 190k in total pipeline. As this was an inbound focused role I moved to an SDR role to learn effective outbounding.

FY2021: 88% of Annual Quota - finished at #2 (out of 12) for the year. 
FY2022: 160% of H1 target.

Key Achievements:
Lion of the Year winner (award given to top performer that year)
Most ARR and MRR generated in the company's history.
Most monthly and quarterly awards won in the company's history.
Developed my own sales script to pair with a product launch. This led to the highest amount of conversions on upsell calls in the company's history.

My main takeaway this quarter has been that sales is very much a team game and like any rep who's had success, I didn't get here alone.

Aware this isn't the Oscars but I thought I'd give a shoutout to a few people who've helped me along the way.
