As General Counsel, I have handled all legal and regulatory work for the Company as we've grown from 7 people in 2 countries in 2004 to 80 people in 4 countries in 2014, working closely with the CEO and board on major deals and funding, as well as with the Company's teams in Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering, Operations and Networks on all aspects of their work such as data protection and regulatory, intellectual property, product development, marketing and advertising, and all contracts with customers, suppliers and partners across the globe. 

Major deals include a multinational wholesale agreement with Alcatel-Lucent in 2013, a global licence to BT in 2008 and again in 2012, reseller agreements with four carriers in Hong Kong and the Americas, and key technology partnering.  Major projects include all funding, the creation of new datacenters with all required Tier 1 carrier and co-lo supplier agreements, a 25-country compliance project, several office creations and leases, a major Company re-branding and managing an international patent and trade mark portfolio.

As EVP, I am on the Company's Executive Team.  I am also part of the Strategic Partners Team, having been VP, Business Development and pitched our value proposition to mobile carriers worldwide.
