Advised and assisted in the re-zoning of a land in Mississauga from an R3 to an RA-1 zoning designation, allowing for the construction of a four-story, 21-unit residential building. Secured all the necessary permits and approvals for rezoning. Coordinated with city planners, architects, and engineers to develop an application which would be selected for a $6,300,709.00 incentive, in exchange for building and maintaining affordable rentals.

B&R Industrial Automation

Took the initiative to design and assemble demo-kits, showcasing the seamless integration of B&R's X90 mobile controller technology with network cameras and joystick capabilities. Simultaneously, I developed and executed a strategic marketing plan, the main objective of which was to establish partnerships between B&R and various educational institutes. Furthermore, I extended my expertise to my colleagues, assisting them with debugging issues and accompanying them on site visits.

Harnessed my creative capabilities to innovate and design tooling that provided effective solutions for the Final Assembly Line of Model 3. I also took charge of overseeing the installation and validation of new machines. This task involved not only technical oversight but also managing contractors and fostering effective communication between cross-functional teams. I worked hands-on to bring my designs to life, often within tight and urgent timelines. These challenges necessitated the application of strong time management skills, as I had to develop schedules that would accommodate handling multiple projects within a constantly evolving environment.
