When was the last time you gave your nervous system a break — not a vacation, but a moment?

Inbetween meetings, deadlines, and decisions, I’ve started to create small moments of silence. 
Just did that at the harbour in Copenhagen yesterday when I visited Life Extension Europe (to discuss 2025 and prepare 2026).   
Moments where I pause — not to plan, not to scroll, but simply to be.

- A few deep breaths.  
- A quiet walk.  
- A minute with closed eyes.

These micro-pauses help me lower cortisol, reset my nervous system, and prepare for what’s next —  
not just physically, but mentally and with an open heart.

Because presence isn’t just about showing up.  
It’s about being there.  
With clarity.  
With calm.  
With connection.

Mental health isn’t a luxury.  
It’s a foundation.

And balance doesn’t come from doing less —  
it comes from feeling more.

So I remind myself:  
Silence isn’t empty. It’s full of answers.  
And I’m allowed to take that space —  
to feel myself,  
to stay with myself,  
and to meet others from a place of groundedness.

MENTRY PHARMA wasn’t a decision. It was a reaction.
To a gut feeling so loud, I couldn’t sleep. 
48 hours later, it was real.

Let's take one step back though.
 
I was supposed to take a different route.  
Two years ago I was about to invest in wowtamins - a company we’d helped evolve from gummy-only to Germany’s first supplement-only brand for children. It was familiar. Promising. Safe.
 
But something didn’t sit right.
 
I paused.  
Listened.  
And walked away.
 
Again, a gut feeling.
 
So I asked myself: What now?
 
And the answer came fast.  
I wanted to build something bigger.  
More international.  
More fun, more meaningful, and more aligned with who I am.
 
I missed working with Americans.  
I missed the energy of bold ideas and fast execution.  
I wanted to create something that didn’t just sell products - but shaped futures.
 
So I locked myself in for two days.  
Built the brand.  
Built the website.  
Built the foundation of what would become a key pillar in our longevity ecosystem.
 
MENTRY PHARMA wasn’t born out of strategy.  
It was born out of a gut feeling.
 
And it reminds me:  
👉 Sometimes the most powerful moves come from trusting your gut—and sprinting toward the unknown. I know it’s a crazy thought but someone told me (you’ll get to know him later) that if it wasn’t for his craziness or naivety, he wouldn’t have started his company either.
