My role as Senior Strategy Consultant in Marketing Transformation was to support Global Sales in expanding the EMEA Valtech client portfolio by pitching new, innovative marketing solutions. This included innovative Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Metaverse, Web3 and IoT Strategy.

EMEA Senior Strategy Consultant / Marketing Transformation

Creative team leader for Top 10 Valtech clients within Marketing Transformation, Omnichannel strategy, Creative strategy and execution.

✅  Supporting Global Sales expand the Valtech EMEA client portfolio by pitching innovative services and ideas including Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Metaverse, Web3 and IoT strategy.
✅  Develop a new OmniChannel and Hybrid Congress strategy for Novo Nordisk (Congress Hub - Novo Nordisk PRO) including SoMe engagement strategy and content strategy.
✅  Developed a new funnel strategy and communication platform for Novo Nordisk (Truth About Weight™ Global). Including a new website, visual design, SEO strategy, CRO, and customer-centric UX. Exceeded Funnel Goals by 20%. The site is now an established pipeline for the patient program.
✅  Conversion rates grew 73% and sign-ups for online events grew 100% for the AstraZeneca HCP platform (AZConnect).
✅  New HCP and Consumer Engagement Strategy for MyAlcon. This included new CX and CRO optimizations. The work has resulted in a 12% increase in leads and delivered above all KPIs.

Innovation Lead / Business Transformation

My role as Senior Creative Lead in Digital Transformation was to ensure growth with the top 10 clients and attract and land new clients in pitches (RFP). 

✅  Landed Sanofi Global as a client. Sanofi became one of the Top 40 clients for Valtech EMEA.
✅  Launching a new HCP portal (Sanofi Campus) and Digital Transforming on how Sanofi engages with Healthcare Professionals globally through an Omnichannel content strategy. This included designing new digital platforms (www.campus.sanofi and local adaptations).
✅  Developed a .sanofi URL-domain strategy.
✅  Designed and Launched the Wearlenses App and set up new automated supportive notifications and D2C communications tactics, Alcon has seen a decrease in the drop-off rate by 50% within trialists in the Nordic region.
✅  Developed a new Strategy and platform for Consumers and ECP's (Eye Care professionals) to connect through a new channel created and owned by Alcon Nordics.

Senior Creative Lead / Digital Transformation

Supported EMEA Valtech commercial growth by acquiring Alcon Global. Alcon subsequently became the largest client in Denmark for Valtech that year. This included designing new digital platforms (alcon.com and myalcon.com) when separating from Novartis. We also launched a new Alcon brand, (Precision1).

✅  Designed and developed a seamless experience across all digital channels for Grundfos. This included designing a comprehensive design-system and implemented across all global platforms. 
✅  The SEO optimization and experience design resulted in a 20% increase in web traffic.
✅  The new seamless experience resulted in a 131% increase acceptance rate of digital quotes.
✅  65 Localized websites with over 1mill webpages in total. 
✅  The project got 2 nominations at the Danish Digital Awards 2021, in the categories of Digital Transformation and User Experience.

Senior Digital Art Director

NÜ Denmark

NÜ is a danish fashion house focused on two main brands. The NÜ House of Fashion was first introduced in Denmark in 1997 with a dream of creating a world of sophisticated, edgy and feminine fashion with the strong and style-conscious woman in mind. 

As part of the Board of directors, I support the CEO with creating corporate and commercial strategies for digital platforms and digital engagements. This includes building the e-commerce business for the brand in the house of NÜ. This includes supporting the Digital Managers with technical support and a roadmap for MarTech future technology stack plans for the future. Building a new business platform drivin through a new VIP and loyalty club - to ensure new growth and new ways of engaging with customers moving the brand followers and leads from "Like to Love".

The role also included day-to-day support for management for organisational plans and operations within the digital space. Implementation of the new website and e-commerce platform and new MarTech platforms.

LOOP Fitness is a European fitness chain with more than 140 locations in Denmark, Sweden, Poland, and Spain combined. 
		
As part of the Board of directors, support the CEO with creating corporate and commercial strategies for digital platforms and digital engagements. This includes Digital insights and future plans. This has included a new Digital Transformation strategy plan based on a Future-Back strategy for the franchise chain's business platform - to ensure new growth and ways of engaging with existing members and attracting new members.

The role also included day-to-day support for management for organizational plans, organizational restructures and operations within the digital space, and implementation of new digital platforms and marketing materials including new internal and external communication platforms and apps.

The Creuniq Platform will revolutionise content creation through intelligent smart services that will empower Game Creators and platforms to create engaging content for the entire Metaverse.

Pecasu is a game-changing fan monetization platform. Pecasu allows any Club, Brand, Celebrity, or Content Creator to monetize their fanbase through the fully automated and performance base micro-sponsorship subscription platform. The platform can turn any trusted performance-based data source into a new revenue stream.

My role as Senior Digital Art director was to ensure growth and attract a wide variety of B2B clients. Work included; CX, UX, UI and print design, Multi-channel strategy, Creative strategy, and execution. 

Project: Grundfos Installer Championship: 
✅  Engaged 6000 installers across EMEA to enter the competition and become the most visited event and booth at the ISH fair in Frankfurt.

Project: Grundfos Mixed Reality (AR):
✅  When customers leave with a wow! The Intelligent Connectivity Stand at the ISH fair was mentioned in several media outlets and rated one of the top experiences at the ISH Fair 2017. 
✅  The Mixed Reality experience was a huge success and had a massive customer impact for Grundfos by providing remote service, using digital twins to monitor and interact with Grundfos clients remotely.
✅  Created an Integrated Training Platform accessibility in partnership, with a third party. 
✅  With many VIP guests visiting Grundfos at the exhibition, Grundfos re-built the entire stand at their headquarters for future VIP customers.

Project: LEGO
✅  The interactive in-store host and the navigational touchscreen was a huge success, and, since the re-opening, it has made a real impact on the way customers navigate the store. 
✅  Instore Heat-maps showed a 61% increase in ‘store visit time’ for visitors that interacted with the screen.

Project: Universal-Robots
✅  Universal Robots measured an astounding 48% increase of page views per visit.
✅  Bounce rate dropped by 20% and session time increased by an impressive 30% to over three minutes. 
✅  Sales have multiplied by 10x.

ESM Steel is a small danish welding and metal supplier for large-scale contractors in the entire Nordic region. In my role, I supported management with a Digital Transformation strategy plan and day to ensure the company's growth and adherence to new digitalization laws in Denmark. This included day-to-day support in implementing new ways of working and new digital platforms and marketing materials.

✅  Bounce rate reduced by 8%, and pages per session time increased by 6,5%. 
✅  Payback time for the website was only 6 months, measured by the increase in new clients.

✅  The number of professionals has increased by 12% and sales increased by 3% every month.
✅  Experienced a big increase in visitors and engagement on social media. The bounce rate dropped and session time increased by an impressive 16% to over three minutes.

Project Grundfos Red Wolf: 
✅  The digital platform now runs multiple solutions and is the preferred digital sales solution for product launches and product campaigns.
✅  Single CMS-based data foundation made the unique presentation and lead capture tool (solution) work independently across all platforms (Smartphones, Tables, and Desktops).

Project Karolines Køkken 50 year Anniversary: 
✅  The anniversary recipe book “Alle tiders Karoline” was originally intended as a traditional e-book, but.. we opted for a much more inspirational and user-friendly app solution to turn the recipe book into a valuable tool in the kitchen. 
✅  Offering an easy overview of all recipes, including articles on the history of Karolines Køkken, the digital version makes it more fun to decide what will be on tonight’s menu. The eBook “Alle tiders Karoline” was nominated for the Danish App Award 2013 and won Bronze.
