• Project planner for local and regional integration services.

• Coordination and monitoring of the multi-disciplinary team of social workers and psychotherapists;
• Liaison to the internal and external organisational network [Local Health Authority of Bologna (AUSL), community services, etc.];
• Budget management; 
• Planning and verification of annual objectives;
• Trainer in courses for new community social workers.

Coordinator of night shelters for homeless people:
• Coordination and monitoring of a team of social workers and peer social workers;
• Liaison to the internal and external organisational network [Local Health Authority of Bologna (AUSL), Public Company for Services to the person (ASP), Municipality of Bologna, etc.];
• Budget management:
• Planning and verification of annual objectives.

Project Manager and Coordinator

Consultant on the European project “Roma People and Street Work”, a European survey (financed by PROGRESS: the EU program for employment and social solidarity 2007-2013), with the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Research and analysis of the legal framework on the inclusion of minorities, and the practices, methods and educational field interventions of Roma and Sinti people;
• Liaison to international networks (ARSIS – Greece; European Alternatives – Romania; Dynamo International - European Social Street Workers Network based in Brussels);
• Collaboration in drafting the Final Report;
• Presentation of the Final Report to the European Commission.

Consultant on the European project “Transition”, a research project on the housing issue of Roma people in Italy, Romania and Greece (financed by PROGRESS: the EU program for employment and social solidarity 2007-2013), with the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Research and analysis of housing solutions provided for Roma people in the European context;
• Liaison to international networks (ARSIS – Greece; European Alternatives – Romania; Dynamo International - European Social Street Workers Network based in Brussels);
• Collaboration in the drafting of the Final Report.

After more than ten years in the field of education and inclusion of vulnerable people, mainly as a coordinator or project manager, I decided to combine my experience in the non-for-profit sector with specific skills in European project planning and management. 

Master’s in "European funds and financing of European projects" at the University of Bologna. Expert on Social Media Strategy for EU Projects, Societal Impact of Research projects, EU project design and management (2021 - 2027).
