Ulend was initially born as a peer-to-peer credit platform, but after a while testing this approach we've decided to pivot and launch new paths through segmented credit, creating the Ulend "aquarium" thesis. From now on, my team and I embrace the duty of building a technical and business framework that covers credit in the most diverse business segments in Brazil.

Acordo Certo was acquired by Boa Vista Serviços (BOAS3) in December 2020

My focus is developing partnerships with clients  and building new business opportunities. Our product was totally developed to help our clients to reduce the credit risk with a really good tool to recovery no perform credit.
I’m in charge of Sales and I help keep the product focused on our client’s needs. I also take care of tasks like CRM and work closely with the Marketing Manager to provide useful content to our prospects and help them soothe their pain points.

I designed and developed the project to replacement the old systems of the credit analysis, soon after the credit increase in the national market. The system developed by the bank partner in Brazil called LACIS.

I highlight the responsibility to maintain about 98 servers with many applications and contents 24/7. Coordinating many tasks during the day, such as: tickets problems with different support channels, reception and installation of new equipments, control of documentation relating to backups, and others.
