I love fashion sector. This time, I was a member of the sales team. I’ve tried to share both Osklen values and philosophy to consumers through the products. Also, I’ve looked further at my active listening, empathy and communication skills to offer insights and new ideas as solutions to customers issues.

VIA Estação Conhecimento

The TRT-SC Innovation Incentives Program was created to change concepts and expand the possibilities of improving jurisdictional customer success services by the Labor Court of Santa Catarina and the country. During this experience, I've colaborated with VIA Estação do Conhecimento Group in the research and development of innovation methodologies that were applied in the Program.

In addition, I did the data analysis which we had get from a public survey across all Brazilian states. The dashboards was presented to the board of TRT-SC for predictive analysis. Finally, the data analysis facilitated the identification of the main problems and challenges which the jurisdictional sector currently deal with. Therefore, the data would be used in the program's innovation marathon to solve this problems. As a result, the innovation marathon succed and the main problem was solved.

Research & Development + Innovation

I’ve had as my main goal to conclude the sales process at the sustainable retail sector, also to guarantee the higher quality customer experience at the final sales process step.

Further, I've collaborated with the sales team to help them to achieve the individual and global sales metrics. We’ve optimized the processes to increase the connection between the consumers which results was a boost in sales outcomes.

Research and Development of ceramic laminates of alumina and alumina hardened with zirconia by means of tape casting and thermo-pressing techniques. The objective of the research was to develop ceramic laminates and perform analysis of the pre and post processing surfaces. 

The study was essential to understand the development and laboratory manipulation at an industrial level in advanced ceramics. Regarding the achievements, through the results we were able to suggest and obtain support for future studies and new projects.
