I am a Senior Level Construction Manager who has successfully managed a variety of business models and field operations for over 40 years. Mentoring production teams and supporting the future of Management Training and Development for a new generation of construction professionals is my motivation and passion. I have created Red Letter Leadership, Construction is More than Sticks and Bricks, and Construction Speak to reach this new generation of leadership. I am a Coach and Mentor for Leading A Way; A Way is a non-traditional approach to leadership that believes we did not invent leadership but leadership is the natural order and principles of life all around us. We are only stewards of this knowledge. With this belief, I develop construction content, resources, training tools, training outlines and program manuals. I am a training facilitator in and out of the field. I am the alternative to the catch and release training that is standard for most construction companies. I believe in successful service and supply. I believe in successful repetition. Over a span of 40 years, my success and that of many I have trained and mentored has been the product of a willingness to learn and develop one another. It has been a collaboration with those I have been fortunate to guide and lead. And, I continue to learn. I observe a performance behavior. I refine it. I make it a standard. Then, I duplicate it. I encourage others to follow. Simply put, I am a Performance Strategist. I help others reach their Goals by supplying their missing ingredient. Support.
