Supported Enterprise and Territory sales teams hiring for field sales across the country. While also supporting Sales Engineering along with Professional Services to help supplement the growth of BlackBerry.

Global Talent Acquisition - Enterprise Sales

Jam City

Partner with all our Studios in San Francisco, Carlsbad and Culver City to help build out our rapidly growing engineering team.  I was tasked with aligning the Carlsbad studio with corporate hiring strategy.  Jam City is more than just a mobile gaming company.  There is a great deal of engineering happening behind the scenes and I helped them get their skills better known.

- Sourced and hired 20+ Jam City Citizens across Engineering and G&A

Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Apple

Partnered with our Internet Services and Technology (IS&T) business department along with our Global Data Center and Services (GDCS).  I supported my teams by recruiting Java Developers, Full-Stack Web Developers, Network - Administrators, Big Data Engineers and Applications Database Engineers. 

•Full-Cycle recruiting practices with minimal Sourcing help for 90% of my roles.
•Work directly with our HRBP’s to ensure internal equity is taken into consideration and adjusted when necessary 
•Spear headed a major hiring initiative for our Data Center in Mesa, AZ by throwing a hiring event over 3 days that helped us hire 35 people.
•Hired over 120 Apple employees in the software space.  It was never about hiring the body it was about making the right hire for the role.

Started working with SanDisk in their University Relations team where we worked collectively with selected top tiered schools to attract and recruit students from across the US to fill our College Grad requisitions with our Memory Technology group (Hardware). I was then promoted after 6 months to a Business Recruiter supporting all things Operations.

- Lead source with partnering with executives to re-evaluate compensation packages
- Lead the way using data and market presence to make adjustments so that we were competitive within the market while adding value to our internal equity 
- Partnered with Hiring Managers, Sr. Directors, and VP’s to attract top-tiered students 
- Coached and tutored students for their transition into the “Corporate World”. Helped get them excited  about the opportunity

I have partnered with Compensation, Internal Equity Management, Executive Leadership to help form Strategic Hiring initiatives along with many other day-to-day functions that arise. 

My ultimate goal is to partner and build a better today for a stronger organization tomorrow.
