I am currently the Managing Director for the Commercial & Infrastructure vertical market within Totalmobile. My role is to ensure we meet our strategic and commercial goals through innovative end-to-end capabilities combined with deep vertical expertise in the sectors we serve. Our comprehensive suite of solutions combining differentiated capabilities and industry knowledge delivers real-world solutions that ensure efficient operating processes, fastest response times, real-time in day agility, full compliance to standards, leading customer service levels and significant competitive advantage. Having originally started on the shop floor as a office products telesales rep in the late 90s, I have been fortunate to acquire a great deal of real world business knowledge resulting in senior leadership roles within start-ups, turnarounds and high growth SAAS businesses, most recently achieving a 10x exit in 2020. As someone who hates to see an opportunity to do things better go to waste, I like to focus on building great teams with robust processes that deliver consistently deliver value for customers and shareholders alike. I remain passionate about aligning technology, people and processes to deliver transformational outcomes for customers, staff and shareholders and to generally make the world a better than when we found it.
