Being a Snap-on Tool's Franchise for the past 7 years was a full-on education, and a life experience that I am grateful to have explored. In the end, I have taken away a much deeper understanding of how critical personal interactions play in the long term success of businesses. You can have the best product, the best support team, the best implementation strategies. However, without trust between the two entities, without the human connection, without positive personal interaction between the two entities, it will fail to benefit either of them. That is the power of people in your organizations. As I learned and was reinforced each and everyday I went out in my truck, my customers didn't buy from the company on the side of my truck.
