I started out my working career by joining the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 375 in Fairbanks, Alaska. I spent 5 years as an apprentice to become a journeyman plumber, pipefitter, and welder. The amount of education and experience I received during that time was remarkable. I continued on to become a foreman for various contractors in Alaska until I eventually moved my family to Arkansas. Once there I struck out on my own starting my own mobile welding business and fumbled through making mistakes and learning as I went. It was a successful business until 2020 arrived. Things were changing fast and my wife and I just had our third kid. I decided to move to Charlotte, NC to strike out in real estate. In Charlotte, I had the pleasure of becoming a licensed real estate broker where I had the opportunity to learn from and work with some amazing people. I eventually decided to specialize in working with real estate investors and investment properties as a whole. Unintentionally I slowly started gravitating towards business operations and helping other real estate businesses with their operations and systems. It was what I loved the most about running my own business. Time went on and I decided to move my family back to Arkansas where I decided to work for one of the primary General Contractors I had worked with as a subcontractor back when I operated my welding business. Over time I gradually found myself interested in helping with the business operations and before I knew it I was given the chance of a lifetime to become their first COO. Only time will tell the adventures we will have moving forward but I am thankful to be here and excited for the future!
