I am an experienced evaluator, strategic learning, and planning consultant for nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, and public agencies. I work from a strong commitment to forging authentic partnerships with clients and others and advancing racial, gender, LGBTQ+, and other forms of equity and justice. My professional strengths include analytical inquiry, evaluation design and implementation, community engagement, qualitative and quantitative data analysis to tell authentic stories and uncover actionable findings, user-friendly learning and listening events, and evaluation mentoring and capacity building. Prior to my current career, I taught in K-12 education, where I designed curricula and enrichment programs, mentored elected student leaders, and held supervisory positions. My background also includes paid and volunteer positions with human services and social justice organizations, community organizing, and professional ballet training. These experiences help shape all I bring to my current work.
