As the co-founder and CEO of Equito, I am dedicated to making real estate investment accessible to everyone. The idea for Equito emerged when I met Naji Bizri at Criteo. During a conversation about our own difficulties in investing in real estate, we realized that we shared the same frustrations as millions of potential investors: high capital requirements, complex and time-consuming processes, and the burdensome management of properties. Additionally, traditional investments often lack liquidity. We decided to create Equito to overcome these obstacles. For instance, one of our first challenges was to simplify the real estate investment process, making it accessible with just a few clicks on a mobile app. Today, this simplicity is one of the pillars of our success. Equito offers an innovative platform that allows investing in real estate in fractional amounts starting from €100. With our app, investing has never been easier: it takes just 2 minutes from a smartphone. Since our launch, we have attracted over 120,000 users, and each week, our investment opportunities are funded on average in less than 15 minutes. Our investors benefit from monthly rental income and a dynamic secondary market that ensures the liquidity of their investments. To date, we have sold over €6 million in tokens, demonstrating the profitability and reliability of our model. At Equito, we continue to grow with an internal team of 10 people and dozens of external collaborators. We are committed to providing sustainable and inclusive solutions for everyone and expanding internationally to offer these opportunities to as many people as possible.
