By using our ever-present personal smart-phones, Indoor.Ninja’s app creates a seamless solution for building access, elevator journeys and automated parcel deliveries as well as offering visitors a professional image of your company.

Indoor.ninja’s interactive lobby screens allow visitor’s to by pass the reception desk and contact their host immediately. From this first video call, each visitor is guided directly to the correct floor of the building by a pre-assigned elevator ensuring they you are the first point of contact at all times.

Parcel Box - Indoor.Ninja's digitally connected parcel lockers enable a totally new approach to sharing and receiving of documents or parcels. Each Parcel Box unit can be configured to fit any space while helping to reduce security risks by directing all courier traffic to one centralised ground floor area. Instant notifications make it easy to retrieve or deposit packages simply by using your smart-phone. 

Access Controls - Operators and building management companies often struggle to find a reliable and cost effective solution that offers a real-time user experience. Indoor.Ninja removes the need for expensive individually coded electronic cards, as all floor and door access rights are assigned to each tenant through their smart-phone.  The on-site system administrator assigns, extends or removes access in a few moments,  allowing each tenant to view and gain access to their predefined points of entry.

The property has 584 bedrooms spread over two interconnecting buildings. One extension was opened in mid 2007. The food and Beverage department consists of 19 food and beverage outlets onsite, extensive outside catering and an expanded business model that runs into off site luxury office catering. The Food and Beverage business is in the region of 35 million US dollars annually.

Five Lakes Hotel, Country Club and Spa.

A 4-star modern hotel complex including spa, country club and two 18 hole golf courses.  The main clientele of this hotel is predominately business led residential groups with a strong weekend the leisure market. Conference department consisting of 14 meeting rooms, ballroom and a 3000 sq ft of exhibition space for up to 2,000 guests.

Opening project of the new 5 star 350 bedroom property. Large conference facilities aimed towards local government, International incentive and financial market groups.  This position was responsible for all functions of the opening of the hotel in relation to the food and beverage departmental areas included hiring, strategic planning, concept roll outs, training, budgets, procurement and initial client relationships.

Food and Beverage Manager (opening project)

A 5 star property of 120 individual bungalows built into the side of a mountain with main hotel facilities and private beach.  The role was to stabilize the hotel and help the General Manager work through the winter season while Barbados delays had been ironed out.

A 200 room hotel set on a private peninsular with golf facilities aimed at the leisure market/incentive residential business. This hotel allowed me to gain both back and front of house experience, from the opening of a 130 million US$ project as Executive chef and then to take up the gauntlet of all areas of Food and beverage. Here I became responsible for all functions of the culinary areas while opening of the hotel.
