The landscape of leadership is evolving at breakneck speed. I have many year's experience coaching leaders and teams and I qualified as an executive coach with the Tavistock Institute of Human relations. I’m particularly passionate about innovation and the future of work and I help business leaders develop the organisational agility to evolve in a working environment driven by technology change and AI. My experience in human resources leadership, executive coaching and organisational consulting spans large global corporates and private equity-backed growth businesses across sectors including Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, and Financial Services. I’m proud to have held leadership and consulting roles with some of the most recognisable businesses including Cigna, CMC Markets, New Look, PA Consulting, and Selfridges. Across these businesses , I’ve demonstrated a commitment to aligning HR strategies with business objectives, resulting in improved workforce performance, increased organisational efficiency and ethical leadership. In the M&A field, I’ve managed the people strategy for multiple acquisitions, integrations, and divestments ranging in scale from large corporate acquisitions to integrating and growing early-stage entrepreneurial start-ups. As a coach, consultant and strategy advisor I can provide insight and capability to: Strengthen Board governance and control including all aspects of talent risk, succession, remuneration and performance resilience. Define and implement strategies to deliver exceptional results through engaging people, organisational and culture change strategies. Develop strategies to build high impact inclusive leadership, management, and human resources capability.
