•	Member of MENA Senior Leadership Team, reporting to Managing Director, MENA, responsible for contributing to development and implementation of the 3-year business strategy. 
•	Drove commercial excellence by using pricing as a tool to structure distribution.
•	Held P&L responsibility for the RBU. Delivered regional KPIs and 20%+ growth in 2015 through a team of 15 people based across the geography.
•	Generated 32% growth in 2012 through professional hand tools brands, and 18% in 2013 across the wider hand tools and storage portfolio in a price sensitive market place.
•	Liaised with Operations team on S&OP, demand planning, forecasting and logistics.
•	Worked closely with SBUs on product range, positioning and execution of marketing initiatives.
