As an Engineer IV at ING, I am part of the team that leads the digital transformation effort to move from legacy loan origination system to FIS CLO product, a cloud-native platform that streamlines and automates the lending process. I focus on developing new features and seamless integration with other internal legacy systems within the organization. Additionally, I actively participate in architectural discussions and document solution designs. Prior to joining ING, I was a Solutions Architect and a Lead RPA Engineer at APSI, where I led automation programs within the organization using RPA, BPM, chatbots, and AI/ML based solutions. I was responsible for building up the automation COE, socializing with different teams to introduce RPA and its benefits, and setting up the framework to adopt RPA and AI-based solutions. I also led the efforts for CX automation at the contact center, using multiple solutions like Cognigy, Five9, Kore.AI, and Decisions.com. I have over 2.5 years of experience in delivering solutions that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
