• Develop growth and audience outreach strategies to organically grow Instagram, and TikTok follower base to 200k in 6 months 

• Monitor Instagram and TikTok business analytics on a daily basis, and develop insights to better optimize viewer impressions, reach, and engagement
• Prospect new brands to partner with and pitch partnership ideas that result in sponsored collaborations
• Maintain organic + paid content schedules that coordinate with brand product releases, marketing events, and other initiatives
