As a facilitator and coach, I work with clients throughout healthcare, public health, government, and nonprofits - leaders and teams who do the hard things that make a difference in the world. My clients turn to me to achieve clarity, gain traction, and address their most challenging situations, such as sharpening their communications, cultivating cohesive team cultures, and achieving complex, mission-moving goals. With a nearly 30-year career spent in healthcare-focused nonprofits, academic medicine, and government, I have held a variety of leadership positions, including P&L and C-Suite roles.
