I will always remember experiencing first-hand what happens when a salesperson doesn’t evolve. I was 22, had a horrible colleague called Richard who I was doing sales admin for. He would always put me under pressure to get his deals done and constantly bragged about how much money he made as a salesman. I thought to myself: If this rude loudmouth can do this, so can I.
