over 120 people worldwide. 
   My initial role was Service Engineer where I was responsible for the Installation, commissioning and servicing of equipment on a global scale. This role included the management of projects in over fifty different countries through personally liaising with customers and the organising of contractors.
  In 2008 I was relocated; for 3 years, to take on the role of Eastern European Representative. In this position I was responsible for all clients in Germany, Italy and Eastern Europe. It was at this time that I oversaw the setting up and training of the company's  Indian Service Office in Mumbai.
  On completion of the 3 years, I was promoted to the position of Assistant Service Manager and relocated back to the company head office in the UK. In this role, I'm still responsible for the previous duties, plus the organising of all Service Engineers, negotiating with clients on installations and service contracts and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to budget.

PMP is the largest magazine and directory printing company in the 
southern hemisphere covering Australasia and Asia.
  I was responsible for repairing and servicing of high speed, state of the 
art, printing presses and bindery equipment, and the implementing and
overseeing of preventative maintenance programs. I was also involved
in the organising of installations of equipment. The presses were mainly 
Man Roland and Heidelberg while bindery equipment included Muller
Martini and Ferag. On being promoted to Shift Supervisor, it was then
my duty to organise the work agendas for the technical personnel, both 
mechanical and electrical and to manage all projects and installations
on the shift.
