People leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the employee life-cycle and management of a team of 18 HR professionals across the UK, Romania, Sweden and France.

•	Managed people elements of an acquisition in Sweden, including due diligence, union negotiation and TUPE
•	Engaged European leadership and coaching HR team on change management
•	Supported own team through change to global, matrixed structure
•	Influenced and engaged across cultures to achieve objectives, including virtual team on Employee Engagement survey
•	Managed HR professionals in Sweden, France and Romania, and Indian nationals in UK

Managed a change team in the UK & US delivering employee engagement initiatives, training and communications & stakeholder engagement to develop a culture in support of strategic sourcing and business partnering.

Change Manager, Global Procurement Transformation

Drove engagement in the talent management process and strategy for shared services, finance and corporate functions. Developed the graduate strategy, debriefed 360 feedback for senior leaders and rolled out a leadership development programme for middle managers.
