I created CHARGER360, a cross campus ecosystem of assets offering community partnership to grow our brand and revenue. “Education Exchange” a community workforce developement asset. “Helping Hands” career immersion internships, Grassroots Integrated Media WNHU PowerOn! Road Crew, “The Allingtown  Project” a real estate development project through a partnership with the City of West Haven and Notre Dame High School, repurposing city property into mixed use athletic facilities and sports management, sports broadcasting, SportsTech education centers.

By far the greatest professional experience to date in my career.  Amazing company, incredible assets, resources, people and franchises.  Selected to the Disney Executive Mentorship program and was mentored by Ben Sherwood, President of ABC Network.  

Started my Disney career as Général Manager of the Albany, NY Radio Disney market.  Promoted to Director of National Sales and Marketing and relocated to Burbank, CA and NYC.  Led a Nationals sales and events team responsible for $MM+ in revenue. 

Collaborated across all family facing media division; Radio Disney, Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney.com and Disney Junior (On-Air, On-Line and On-Site)

Two years 36-6 expansion team.  

A tremendous experience starting up an expansion team as a managing partner, which was a massive opportunity to learn what I didn’t know and build another business from the ground up.  Won back to back division titles with two different ownership groups and coaching staffs.  Only two years but felt like 20!

Event Director for 500+ camps, clinics, tournaments, Play Football Festivals, Super Bowl Family Programming, 300+ international leagues and special events. 

Being part of the launch team who built NFL PlayFootball and NFL Flag globally transformed my career. Responsible for creating, and executing grassroots player/fan development programming in North America, Asia and Latin America.  Worked with hundreds of grassroots youth sports leaders, governing bodies and national education systems incorporating 5on5 flag football into their programs, communities and school systems accelerated the program from 0 to 3+ million Participants in less than 5 years.

Current Athletic and Economic Development at U of New Haven and Executive Director of The 5 Percent Club a private business community of current and former college athletes. 

But that’s not the entire story, Rob was the co-founder in several startups, a few start-overs, and published author of an Amazon #1 Best selling Sports Business Book in 2018. 

Married to college sweetheart, raised four children and enjoying this second half “doing good” helping those impacting how we watch, play, invest and consume sports globally.
