Head of Marketplace Success

Joined Casavo to start up a new business line (now the core business of the company) and run the Casavo brokerage subsidiary. I took care of: 
-building the Sales and Operations teams
-validating the product market fit, P&L and value proposition
-building and implementing the commercial playbook and processes
-joining hands with product development team to define the product vision and roadmap

After the startup phase, we re-organized the BU merging it with the iBuyer existing one

General Manager On-Demand Agency

Alibaba Group

Expanded the scope at EU level, to scale best practices:
-Building the strategy, the team (40+FTEs in 3 countries) and processes of Seller Account Management, Acquisition,Sales Operations and lead generation
-Developing local ecosystem and ISVs partnerships to support local merchants operations
-Led Product Development streams to roll-out growth and catalog management tools for sellers

Head of Acquisition and Growth, EU

Joined Alibaba to launch AliExpress (global B2C marketplace) in the Italian market:
-Built and led lead generation, sales, digital acquisition and onboarding channels and team
-Developing local ecosystem and ISVs partnerships to support local merchants operations
-Drove product operations streams to improve AliExpress platform and launch new Seller tools

Sr. Manager, Business Development - ES & IT

Amazon

Responsible for Amazon Fashion marketplace business development (XX€ millions new GMV/year)
- Hiring and development of the Italy team of Amazon Fashion new Sellers recruitment and account management
- Business development strategy definition and execution
- Head of sales operations for EU Fashion marketplace
- Supported the US team in maximising their productivity in US to EU sales

Manager, Merchant Services

Marketplace Business Development:
- Hiring and development of the Italy team (6 FTEs) of Amazon Fashion new Sellers recruitment and account management
- Business development strategy definition and execution
- Co-owner of a workstream to improve logistic service (FBA) and its P&L, by improving demand forecast
- Developed a model to improve product categorization, then rolled out in IT UK and ES

Team Lead, Sales & Business Development

Marketplace Business Development:
- Recruting and consulting the top Italian merchants 
- Weekly analysis and reporting to support categories growth
- Category price competitiveness monitoring
- Business case for launching new product categories in Italy

Account Manager - Amazon Marketplace

Vodafone

- National account manager for an electronic chain
- Responsible for the performance of 30 point of sales and Vodafone penetration in 3 provinces
- Coordinating and coaching a team of ~10 agents/promoters

District Manager

- Customer value,churn and P&L analysis 
- Sales analysis and performance monitoring
- Reporting for the Marketing B2B leadership

Business Analyst - Graduate Program

- Cross selling, upselling, retention marketing campaigns for Vodafone Customer base (SMS and outbound calls)
- Target profiling and campaign execution (10M contacts/month)

Momentum Project (BBVA, ESADE & PwC)

- 5 years business plan for a logistic company
- Fund raising presentation, obtaining 100% of the funding
