Manager, Leasing and Fleet Operations

In charge of Isuzu lease operations profitability with the following responsibilities:
• Monitoring and control of lease operations contribution cost and structural cost budget
• Monitoring and reporting of lease contract obligations and generation of performance management reports
• Management of the Isuzu dealers, ASOs and other outsourced service providers - yearly performance review and approval of invoices
• Monthly management and reporting of lease department profitability (leasing profitability and other alternate revenue streams) 
• Lease proposal pricing, national contract service packages, computation of Cost Per Kilometer (CPK) for all Isuzu models and deployment to sales department for quoting

Senior Leasing Operations Accountant

General Motors

•	Planning, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive audit program and audit activities for the organization and preparing timely reports to Senior Management. 
•	Assessing, evaluating and promoting compliance to company policies and procedures.
•	Tracking open issues identified till closure and developing controls to mitigate identified risks with conjunction with the process owners. 
•	Leading formulation and implementation of Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Business Resumption Plan (BRP) and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) that are in accordance to company policy.
•	Development of enterprise risk register and tracking to ensure proper mitigation
•	Performing regular training to staff in a bid to strengthen the internal control system and foster compliance to the company policy.
•	Assist external Auditors in resolving, monitoring and tracking identified risks within the company.

Senior Risk and Controls Analyst

Responsibilities:
•	Developing audit strategies to cover all audit, client service and project management issues, in accordance with the EY Global Audit Methodology and International Standards on Auditing. 
•       Review and/or preparation of statutory financial statements (including consolidated financial statements) in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and relevant legislation 
•	Preparation of management Letter highlighting audit gaps and improvement areas in the business processes of the organization 
•	Detailed and general review of audit working papers to ensure documentation compliance to the business understanding, audit strategy and sufficiency in the formed audit opinion.
•	Drafting an appropriate audit opinion on the financial statements and ensuring audit and accounting issues are documented in the audit working papers.
•	Performing agreed upon procedures with clients such as fund audits, donor expenditure verification audits, value for money audits and due diligence audits.
•	Management of teams on audit engagements (team sizes vary between 2 to 5 members), coaching and mentoring audit juniors on the job by ensuring objective, constructive and timely feedback on their performance.
