> To acquire knowledge, to enable it to replace (eg. In employee vacation) the data load in the Reviews Management Portal (WEB / CRM environment); 
> Know assimilate and acquire skills and knowledge of culture and performance the company, enabling it to replace any functions in the area of Management Administrative, including monitoring the annual budget;
