Next Generation Technologies Manager

Overall accountable of all Project Portfolio Execution phase (around 100 projects a year), assisting all Project Managers during the project delivery by also organizing Project Management methodologies and Knowledge Management process in order to improve project delivery. 
Support Sr Manager at projects delivery overall view as well as providing insights for the re-prioritization/escalation of them in case required.

- Project Manager role for all global cross functional size projects inside Infrastructure Service Delivery teams such as SAP & BI Platform, Data Center, Windows, Storage and Cloud:
- Reviewing and validating/accepting functional specifications related to infrastructure solutions;
- Interacting with the requester to agree deliveries, time-scales and funding for the activities ;
- Ensuring coordination of technical infrastructure activities, using as required, external resources, ensuring workload planning, activity scheduling, resource assignment, monitoring or progress and quality control of delivery is happening , in line to meet agreed timings;

SAP & BI Project Manager

Providing Technical development experience for the Non-SAP solutions
Translating business functional requirements into technical solutions
Act in projects as Platform Solution Architect to align activities according to global Infrastructure‘s strategy
Delivering continuous improvement projects in the database area
Leading, performing and executing project management, technical design, development and configuration activities
Supervising 13 contractors in India

Application Platform Senior Analyst/Architect

Working with Cloud governance implementation understanding how Cloud environment works and what kind of features we can get benefits inside Mars. 
Working in the technology components, specifically into the Database area, looking to understand the type of database options we have at Cloud such as database as a services, bring your own license model, infrastructure as a services … and how to deploy and delivery it globally at Mars. 
Implementation project lead looking for application candidates to be hosted at Cloud and working in a feasibility, deployment, implementation and test plan of them. 
Main contact for Asia-Pacific region regarding all Cloud hosting following Global governance practices and processes.

Cloud Senior Analyst

Leading Global Database Service Delivery in Americas Region for both Oracle and SQL Server technologies. Enforce and follow global delivery strategy and processes.
Working in a global team, reporting to the global manager and director in China. Leading all activities of 10 offshore contractors located in India.
	Single global point of contact for Security, Audit, Disaster recovery and ITIL processes management for the Database Team.
	Manage global Continuous Improvement Projects for database technology and also working as an Operation Support Champion in the global technology long-term solutions/best practices.
