‣ I am a senior executive with 18 years of solid experience in management positions in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement, majorly in multinational agribusiness companies but also with experience in garment and energy industries. ‣ I led an entire regional operations organisation encompassing 7 industrial sites, employing more than 600 people, and delivering 2,3 million tons of products yearly. It embraced all steps of manufacturing operations from raw materials receiving until to finished product deliveries to customers as well as HESQ, strategic planning, roadmaps, and asset footprint projects. ‣ Operational Excellence & Continuous improvement are one of my passions which made me a reference in this area. The responsibility comprised management of discharge operations in multiples ports, in-house and third-party inventory, partnership and contract management with rail and road carriers. This supply chain management responsibility included also the regional production planning & control process (PPC) ensuring the orchestration of production plan, plant scheduling, productivity, optimization of inventory levels and sales order fulfilment. ‣ I managed operational excellence programs leading to cultural transformation through cross-functional team leadership and change management methods in several countries in Europe and Latin America. I also attended several benchmarking visits business meetings in other countries in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia. ‣ I am moved to create impact, transform people and areas, leaving a remarkable legacy to the business.
