Serious Funding (https://www.seriousfunding.be/) est une plateforme qui a pour ambition de connecter les startups en recherche de fonds, des dealmakers expérimentés et des investisseurs de type C-Level. J'ai participé à la construction du side investisseur. J'ai servi de conseil dans le design de la plateforme et du Business Model. Mon activité principale fut d'établir une stratégie d'acquisition des investisseurs potentiels et les contacter par différents canaux pour échanger sur l'écosystème startup belge et designer notre service en fonction de leur besoin (design thinking) et ensuite voir si notre approche leur convient (lean startup).
