As the Head of Project Management at Primary Structures Corporation, I lead a team of IT project managers overseeing and coordinating the work to ensure it is completed efficiently and on time. With more than 15 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have developed a skill set that encompasses customer service, lead generation, sales, admin tasks, and fraud prevention. I am confident in my ability to learn new things and apply them effectively, as well as to communicate and build relationships with various stakeholders. My current role involves developing processes, procedures, quality standards, and other related activities across multiple teams or business units. I also establish project goals, monitor progress against timeline objectives, update stakeholders on that progress, prepare financial reports and budgets for IT projects, and provide direction to developers. I am passionate about project management and delivering high-quality solutions that are best suited to the needs of our clients.
