As Sales Development Representative for Beecoded, I am responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. This includes research, identifying potential customers, and contact them through various channels (email, phone, social media).

I work closely with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies that align with our overall business objectives. In addition, I provide input on content and messaging that will resonate with our target audience.

Through my efforts, I have been able to increase awareness of Beecoded and generate new leads that have converted into customers. I am passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where I can continuously learn and grow.

In my role as a Fraud Prevention Manager at the largest bank in the world, I am responsible for leading a team of analysts who investigate and prevent fraudulent activity. We work closely with law enforcement and other financial institutions to share information and best practices. Our goal is to protect our customers from becoming victims of fraud and to help them recover their losses if they do become victims.

Fraudulent activity can take many forms, from identity theft to debit card fraud to investment scams. We use a variety of tools and techniques to detect and prevent fraud, including data analysis, machine learning, and investigative research. In addition to our work in the prevention and detection of fraud, we also provide support and guidance to our customers who have been victims of fraud. We work with them to help them understand what happened and how they can protect themselves in the future.

Fraud Prevention Manager

I am responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM system. This includes configuring users, roles, profiles, and permissions; setting up custom objects and fields; creating workflows and approval processes; and generating reports and dashboards. I also provide user support, training, and documentation. In short, I am the go-to person for all things Salesforce in my organization.

My role is important because Salesforce is the lifeblood of our company. It is how we manage our customer relationships and track our sales pipeline. Without a properly functioning Salesforce system, we would be lost.

That’s why I take my job very seriously. I am always looking for ways to improve our Salesforce implementation and make it work better for our users. I am also always available to help my colleagues with any questions or problems they may have.

I love being a Salesforce Administrator because it is a challenging and ever-changing role. There is always something new to learn, and I feel like I am constantly growing and evolving along with the Salesforce platform.

Providing assistance to customers who encounter technical difficulties while using our products. This includes troubleshooting software issues, answering questions about product features, and providing general customer support. In addition to resolving customer inquiries, I also work with our developers to improve our products and develop new features.

I like to solve problems. Throughout my career, I have been driven by my innate curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. I’ve been able to quickly uncover a customer’s pain point and identify a strategic solution.

My intellectual curiosity also drives me to be a lifelong learner because I never settle. I focus on making high-quality decisions and I stay calm when faced with adversity. I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints. I put the customer at the center of all that I do which is an advantage in my current role in Bee Coded as Sales Development Representative
