In 2021, I launched my first SaaS startup, and it blew up quickly. But then the lack of a solid Product-Led Growth strategy killed it. It was a WordPress plugin that added a unique feature to Elementor. I built it because I needed it myself. Soon, business owners, marketers, and designers worldwide started buying it. It took off, but I made one critical mistake: I completely ignored how to scale with PLG.
