Managed 6 people team (engineers and QAs) and partned with multiple disciplines such as art and product managers. 
Help managing incidents acting with oncall teams and improved the ecosystem to produce COEs. It decreased a response time to incident from 16 minutes to 11 minutes.
I've worked rewriting and rebalancing in all the monitoring systems in observability, creating a new way to easily creating monitors for alerts. That bring stability to focus on critical issues. These changes decreased more than 50 hours monthly of oncall engineering.

Converted gameplay's system to be easily filled with dynamic content. That represents 30% against 10% before.
Help gameplay's team integrating vfx system to new mechanic. A huge feature that was being develop for 6 months.
Created tools to automate content creation and decrease error prune. It increases speed from days to minutes.
Help product team and engineering improve the development process, also bringing more quality to the liveops team.
