Responsibilities & Tasks
•	Executes research for new consulting services.
•	Conceptualize new ideas.
•	Research new ideas and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
•	Monitor and improve Total quality assurance of IBIS products.
•	Provide content and product updates (release update, roadmap, new trends)

Functional Design:
•	Coordinate, document the technical requirements for 3rd party vendors for 
•	Interfaces / API's.
•	Responsible for functional analysis and design, quality testing and 
•	documentation of new product releases and enhancements.

Product Development:
•	To initiate and coordinate the continuous development of product lines through development life cycles (including conception, research, design, and 
•	operations support).
•	Researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments to 
•	identifies potential new product opportunities.
•	Evaluates technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues closely with the development team.
•	Works closely with other departments to establish a (new)design, technology, 
•	product development.
•	Training to Consultants and Customer support staff on the configuration 
•	setup and working on new product functionalities.

Environment management:
•	Maintain and ensure synchronization and quality of environments: 
•	development, test environment and Demo.
•	Map and chart realization of version releases.


Change Management Control:
Coordinate the Change Request Process and Change Management Control 
Meetings.
•	Version control & release management.
 
Testing
•	Create technical specifications and test scripts.
•	Execute and coordinate in-house testing of solutions, fixes, and functionalities. 
•	on program level before delivery to client for UAT.
•	Testing of software systems of third-party vendors.
•	Work closely with the Development team for QAT and product guide definitions
