Roger Haber has led workshops in Florida, Belarus, Peru, and Bolivia as well. Roger is also the pastor emeritus of the First Baptist Church of Randolph and has had experience in church revitalization. He served there as senior pastor for almost 10 years. He is a graduate of Stony Brook University, where he majored in Social Science. He received his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. His doctoral emphasis was in leadership development. He and his wife Nanci have been married for 40 years and have two adult sons, two daughters-in-law, two grandsons and a granddaughter. Specialties: Leadership Development, Church Health, Conflict Resolution. Roger and Nanci love to travel. They recently completed a sabbatical tour of Ireland, France, Germany, Israel, and Northern Ireland. They live in Melissa, Texas. Roger has written five books that are available on Amazon.
