Celtic Bank

A business development officer in a newly formed group at Celtic Bank focused on originating SBA 7(a) and USDA B&I loans through strategic partner relationships.

Vice President - Strategic Alliance Officer

Formed and managed a new department within Celtic Bank focused on expedited SBA working capital and new equipment loans ranging between $25K to $350K.  Oversaw both the sales efforts and the operations team.

Vice President of Business Development - Direct Sales

Worked with Celtic's Executive Management Team to create the Direct Sales Department. Focused on originating SBA 7(a) and USDA B&I loans between $350K to $5 Million.

Liquidated a particularly challenging pool of loans that were acquired from failed institutions.  These loans were already in default and did not have real estate as collateral.

Special Assets (side project - continued as VP of Business Development)

General business development with a particular focus on SBA 7(a), SBA 504, SBA Express and USDA B&I loans.  Worked closely with the CEO to assist him with various projects related to business development and general business affairs.

Vice President Of Business Development

Worked closely with the CEO and legal team to form and implement a strategy for working out a complicated pool of special assets.

Collections/Special Assets

Underwrote and processed all small ticket equipment leases for Celtic Bank.  This was a new venture for the bank and I was the first analyst hired.  I worked with the CEO and CLO to establish credit criteria and lease documentation for the equipment leasing division.

Credit Analyst

Ray Quinney & Nebeker

Filed court documents and ordered office supplies for the firm.  Reduced storage costs by helping firm digitize legal records.
