The Venture Mentoring Team (The VMT) is a nonprofit educational 501(c)(3) dedicated to fostering the startup community by training and certifying mentors and connecting them with the best and brightest entrepreneurs to help startups reach their full potential. The organization is composed of 200+ experienced entrepreneurs and executives with corporate, legal, academic, profit and not-for-profit backgrounds who donate their time and talent. The VMT mentors startups to gain traction and sustainability up to their Series A funding. The service is free of charge to mentees accepted into the program. www.thevmt.org

SFS acquired non-performing real estate loans from financial institutions between 2008 and 2012 and then worked with the borrowers to either modify the terms of the loans in order to repay them or to surrender the collateral real estate.  Roger was responsible for all operations from loan acquisition to the final disposition of each asset.   Most of the real estate loans were located in California, Florida, Michigan, Alabama and Georgia, however, the entire portfolio covered 35 states.

SFS's properties ranged from condominium projects, commercial real estate, single-family subdivisions, and individual single-family residences.

ZUUS Media is a multi-platform video entertainment and distribution company recognized by Billboard and Huffington Post as the “Pandora of music videos.”  With offices in New York, Nashville and Miami, ZUUS covers all genres of music video entertainment.  Roger co-founded ZUUS and was responsible for aspects of ZUUS' operations.

Headquartered in Nashville, Roger grew the network to reach 60M U.S. households.  Studios 121, in Fort Worth Texas,  acquired TCN in December 2015, who operates the TV network today.
