I empower data engineers and data scientists to deliver high-impact data projects with the main goal of supporting the business decision-making process. I lead Data Engineers to extract value from data, combining numerous data sources, and building data repositories such as Data Lakes; BI/DW/EDH to promote the data analysis through Data Visualization tools. As my main responsibilities, I also lead Data Scientists to bring insights using data and Advanced Analytics Solutions such as Machine Learning, and Process Mining. In the manager role, I'm involved in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps (Continuous Integration / Continuous Improvement) focusing on technical guidance and coordinating to deliver committed features while managing internal and external stakeholder expectations. On people management, I'm involved with the hiring, on-boarding, 1:1, career development, retention, health/safety, objectives, performance. Hands-on experience on how to create and sustain software in operation. Experience with BI/DW/ETL, Big Data/Hadoop and, Data Science. I also have working experience with ERP and CRM Solutions and, a variety of IT Tools/Solutions, most of the time working for Big4 (KPMG) and global IT Services consulting companies (such as Everis/NTT Data and, IFS).
