Supported the design and conduct of a study to identify the key drivers of poor PHC data quality, usability and use in selected states in Nigeria and led the development of Niger State's PHC Data Quality Improvement Plan (DQIP) to strengthen and enhance the quality of Admin data in the state

Facilitated the strengthening of Niger State’s PHC data validation process for improved visibility, accessibility, quality and use of data for an informed decision, effective management of the PHC system and improved quality and reliability of admin (DHIS2) data and improved the use of data for action and performance management.

Supported the Niger State Primary Healthcare Development Agency to strengthen the management systems and capacity of the immunization managers to effectively manage the state's immunization program by building the capacity of immunization managers at the State and LGA levels on data analysis, data triangulation, scorecard development and overall data management including –, support to the State M&E to conduct routine analysis of COVID-19 (EMID) and campaign data and dashboard development insight and data use for informed decision making.

Facilitated the conduct of peer-led learning assessment, develop SOP and track the conduct of peer-led learning to strengthen the improvement of capacity building of health workers’ skills and knowledge around immunization practices through a cost-effective and sustainable practice.

Worked with team to design and coordinated the implementation of zero-cost RISS model for the State resulting in an improved supportive supervision of immunization services by 56% in selected in the state

Worked with team to design, deployed and implemented PHC integration pilot in the State which improved uptake and utilization of RI/PHC services.
