Currently, I work as a senior researcher in the research and development department of a biopharmaceutical company in Iran. Currently our researches are focused on oncolytic virotherapy specially arming Measles and Adeno recombinant viruses by reverse genetics. We have generated a recombinant measles virus by vector engineering which, showed accelerated replication rate in comparison to parental vaccine strain. It’s expected that, accelerated replication of vaccine strain improve oncolytic activity of measles vaccine strain as well as the potential to promote long-lasting tumor-specific immune responses. I also have a long experience in medical diagnostic laboratory, performing different molecular and cellular technics. As an independent investigator, I will try to expand my knowledge, both theoretically and experimentally for employing required techniques and systems in my research project. Moreover, I have been able to coordinately work with the team and successfully accomplish the project.
