My work includes: Financial Valuations of companies, Research across different sectors and companies, Financial analysis of companies, Execution of IPO, preparation of DRHP, Preparation of Projections for different Companies and Preparation of pitch decks for Investors.

-> Led 7 technical HoDs and 2 Managers

As an Investment Banker, I have expertise in sourcing deals for SME IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions, and startup VC funding. My expertise lies in analyzing businesses across various sectors in both Startup & SME segments as an investment analyst. In my current role, I identify investment opportunities and manage the deal process from start to finish. 

I have been actively tracing and trading stock markets fundamentally and technically since 2020. Lately, I have also been actively tracking the bond markets. Moreover, I have also learned enterprise valuation using DCF and have been practicing it actively too,

With my formal education in technology, I have my forte in IoT technology and have built capstone projects in the same niche. I have also published 3 research papers in the same domain
