The SaaS (Software-as-a-service) space is an incredibly innovative and exciting sector, and having the opportunity to work with business leaders, as well as fantastically skilled candidates, honestly never gets boring. Being able to bring the two together, is a great feeling (As cheesy as it sounds!) Having worked in Sales, Sales Leadership, Strategic Account Leadership (more commonly known as Customer Success now) roles throughout my professional career, I am very familiar with typical recruitment agency engagement and the challenges of hiring the best talent for my team.
