I spent the first 6.5 years of my career at Accenture, working hand-in-hand with senior project and NA Utilities leadership to build the systems, structures, and processes that enabled leadership to successfully manage up to $100M SAP deployments. In 2015, It was important for my personal life to find a job that provided me a similar level of opportunity to satisfy my insatiable drive, but that wouldn’t require me to be on the road 4 days a week, every week. I joined Zuora’s Professional Services organization as an Engagement Manager in 2015, and over the course of the next few years I achieved the title of Practice Director, a role I served in for over 3 years thereafter. In 2020, Zuora made a board level strategic decision to build out a world class Partner ecosystem as our primary vehicle for leading Zuora Implementation work. I worked very closely with the Global Head of Alliances to build out the Partner program, enable the field, and execute partnership agreements. This resulted in me earning the promotion of responsibility in leading North America Alliances team. Always focused on "how can We/I be better?"” “Execution driven... but also a very popular person and someone people want to work with.” “Rohan has owned so many global initiatives to improve our internal processes, he took the hard work and pain from others. He does it selflessly and huge respect for that” “Despite his obvious technical acumen, Rohan possesses the rare double threat of brains and personality which was apparent in how the leaders/power in every room I was in with Rohan always looked to Rohan when they had questions or were awaiting responses.” “It's never "My way or the highway" with Rohan. His goal is the success of our company, our Partners and customers ... and the best way to achieve that is to lay all options, and their respective pros/cons on the table. In doing so, a collective team can arrive at the best path forward, whether that path was the one Rohan originally proposed or not. This is probably one of the more overlooked traits in a great leaders, and Mr. Batra has it in spades.”
