I am a recent graduate from the Grande École MSc in Management program at ESSEC Business School wherein I have also done a specialization in ESG and Sustainable Finance as a part of the Shaping the Future of Finance Chair at ESSEC that was sponsored by AXA IM, Société Générale and Eiffel Investment Group. I am currently working as an Advanced Consultant for Teamwill in their Management Consulting Business Line (Paris office). I have about 3 years of professional work experience, the most latest one being working as a Sustainable Finance Project Manager in the domain of ESG/Sustainable Finance at BNP Paribas CIB wherein my main achievement has been the development of an ESG Sectorial Toolkit wherein I managed a team of approximately 20 people spread across various geographies and spanning across 16 different sectors to formulate a convincing pitch deck that can be used by the coverage team of the bank to have material conversations with the clients on ESG issues including materiality assessment, peers benchmarking analysis, KPI analysis, and the transition to net zero. Before coming to France, I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Delhi, India. I have been closely working around Sustainability and Impact since my Bachelors' as I was actively involved in building a Solar Car from scratch along with a team of 15 engineering students - we successfully represented our country in the iLumen European Solar Challenge held in Belgium every year. I also have a unique internship experience working in the offshore energy industry with Subsea 7 wherein I worked as the Category Strategist and Energy Transition Analyst. So this company is basically a direct competitor to Total Energies in terms of concept and has a significant share of its revenue coming from oil explorations. But my role was more around sustainability, basically researching ideal hotspots to install wind farms as part of the company’s 2025 plan to become more environmentally friendly. I aim to leverage the flexibility of the curriculum offered by ESSEC to align it with my career goals. Having held leadership positions before in an entrepreneurial venture, I can certainly say I enjoy building networks with people and getting to know more about them. I’m also constantly focussing on my French language skills to blend in better with the French way of life here in Paris. In my free time, I love to cook, play tennis and watch sports especially Formula 1.
