As Director & Cofounder of Aurora Solutions Group, I oversee the client engagement side of the business; partnering with leaders to deliver specialist talent strategies that are proactive, precise, and rooted in real partnership. We help our clients secure the right talent before it’s needed, and support candidates navigate transformative career moves. My focus is on helping clients think beyond hiring to build functions, teams, and pipelines that scale with the business. I bring 11 years of experience across business development, agency, and boutique recruitment, with a track record spanning technology, data/AI, risk, compliance, finance, underwriting, actuarial, and accounting roles. This breadth gives me a deep understanding of what drives hiring success from both a strategic and cultural perspective. Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with family, friends, and my dog, out on the golf course, or obsessing over the Philadelphia Eagles.
