I am passionate about people, community and impact. Helping others achieve their goals and being a catalyst for progress is what inspires me and provides me with a sense of fulfillment. I am eager to learn and curious to understand the why; I love meeting new people, hearing new perspectives and collaborating over data to solve challenges. Fortunately, my career has allowed me to leverage my passions and continue to grow through various roles, collaboration with similarly driven colleagues, and encouragement from great mentors: building business partnerships, leveraging insights to create data-driven strategies and aligning leaders on creative (and fun!) solutions to challenging business problems. I approach life with a positive outlook and a genuine desire to do more. Outside of work, you can find me on a local trail with my pup, learning photography while capturing the moments of my growing little, volunteering with one of the organizations I support, or planning our next home reno project.
