After spending decades in commercial real estate, I’ve never seen a transformation like this.

In my conversation with Francis Saele, Managing Principal at MorteVita, we unpack the seismic shift redefining the office market.

Harvard University just got breached… because someone answered the wrong phone call.

When I saw the headline this morning, I immediately thought about my conversation with former FBI cyber agent James Morrison, FBI Cyber (Ret), CISSP, MBA, Veteran on our podcast.

He literally told me:

“The attacker’s first move is almost always social engineering. Not hacking — humans.”

Harvard confirmed the breach came from phone phishing. Not malware. Not a firewall failure. A phone call.

That should wake every organization up — because the same tactic is hitting small businesses, distributors, SaaS companies, and university systems across the country.

James also asked me a question I’ll never forget:

“Who’s watching your environment at 2 a.m. when the attacker decides to move?”

I’ve been following AMD’s latest analyst day and honestly, this might be one of the biggest signals yet that AI isn’t a wave… It’s the new ocean.

AMD just announced that it expects the data center chip market to hit $1 trillion by 2030, with its own profits tripling in that timeframe.

To me, this looks like AMD is pivoting from being a chipmaker to becoming an AI infrastructure powerhouse, the company that powers the engines of generative intelligence.

As Lisa Su said, “Data center is the largest growth opportunity out there.”
And she’s right! AI is no longer a product; it’s a platform.

If AMD plays its cards right, this could mark a turning point where competition becomes less about specs — and more about ecosystem strength.
